The market for the best dietary supplements is incredibly significant. Whether you want to lose weight or build muscle, there's the "right" pill for everything. Unfortunately, there is most little behind the significant recommendations, because most products turn out to be a useless waste of money!

On the other hand, there are a few dietary supplements that make sense! Which these are, I show you nowhere in my ranking list! Have fun browsing.

Which Dietary Supplements are useful?

There are dietary supplements for all sensitivities: For weight loss, muscle building or to increase strength and endurance during training. The variety of products is almost infinite. Inevitably you have asked yourself the question which dietary supplements make sense - and which don't?

There are a few dietary supplements that can help you build muscle or lose weight! Such products are, for example, protein powder, creatine, or Omega 3 capsules.

However, you should know that all food supplements are only a "supplement" and a healthy person does not need them!

You don't want to do without a delicious protein shake or a motivating training booster? If you have the necessary change, I can only recommend the products from the following high score list. I use these dietary supplements from time to time and have had good experiences with them so far!

Whey protein powder is one of the most useful nutritional supplements available. It helps me to cover my daily protein needs for muscle building or weight loss, and it also tastes delicious.

As a small protein snack for in between, protein bars are convenient. It should be noted, however, that not every protein bar really delivers high-quality protein - and also usually contains much sugar! Often I am asked what I eat for breakfast during the muscle-building phase. My answer? Muesli!

However, it is not classic muesli with lots of sugar and high-fat milk, but rather the "fitness variant" of it. As muesli, I like to use my muesli. I mix 50 grams of the grains in 250 ml skim milk and add about 20 grams of whey protein.

That gives me a nice mix of vegetable protein, milk protein, and whey protein.

The protein cookie from Lenny & Larry's is not a dietary supplement to lose weight, because, with about 370 calories per cookie, the treat is not exactly low in calories. However, there are no alternatives in terms of taste. Because in my opinion there is no better protein cookie than this!

Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and all that on a vegan basis. Besides a whole Cookie contains 16 gram Soja protein for the muscle building. A perfect snack for in between.
